Register to see the original with contact info. 30th Year Reunion – Night Under the Stars Hello Classmates from Andover H.S. Class of 1982, Here is the skinny on our great night of excitement for our 30th year reunion. The event will be held at Michaels 8th Avenue (7220 Grayburn Drive Glen Burnie, MD 21061 (410) 766-XXXX ) on Saturday, September 22. 2012 from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Weather permitting, we will hold our party outside in the newly created Wedding Garden adjacent to the catering hall. (Please check out the outdoor garden on their Facebook site. The menu will consist of carved ham/beef and turkey, mushroom caps stuffed with crabmeat, international cheese tray/crackers, smoked salmon with bread and Dijon sauce, fresh vegetables and dip, deviled eggs, marinated chicken tenders, cocktail meat balls, fried popcorn shrimp, pasta bar, miniature desserts, Class of 1982 themed cake, and drinks (beer, wine, soda, and tea) and cash bar for mixed drinks. Our music for the party will be supplied by Classmate Mark Shaneor playing 80’s music. If the weather does not cooperate we will have the party inside their hall. Tickets for this party will be $50 a person which will include all the food and drink listed above plus commemorative items you will receive at the event. All tickets will be electronic confirmations and not paper copies. There will be a list generated by sales so no tickets are needed at the door. Please mail your Check or Money Order (No cash please) to my attention: Chuck Schneider 604 S. Hammonds Ferry Road, Linthicum Maryland 21090. Please make your check payable to: Andover High School Class of 1982. An email will be sent to you to confirming your payment. To make this event special some sponsorship and donations would be appreciated. There is a chance for Classmates and/or your company to have your company’s logo on a Class Booklet or a T-shirt. Please email me to let me know if you or any organizations that you are affiliated with would like to sponsor some items. Also if you are interested in donating items for door prizes PLEASE email me. We will be having a t-shirt fundraiser event on Sunday, May 6th at Ferndale Day to help raise funds for our class reunion fund . Volunteers will be needed to work the tent for the sale of special Andover t-shirts. Please let me know if you would be interested in working a couple of hours to help man the tent and then enjoy the “Beer Garden” afterwards!! I would also like to take the opportunity to thank all of you who have readily volunteered to assist in numerous ways in helping this reunion be a success. We could not do this without your help and commitment!! Also, thanks to all of you who have responded to survey questions and have provided valuable input on our Class Website and Facebook. It is greatly appreciated!! Additionally, if anyone is interested in helping out with the Reunion committees, it is not too late!! Just email me and let me know what you would like to work on!! OK GANG…Let the fun begin…We have a place, date and time...get ready to whip out those yearbooks and brush up on your face recognitions and be ready to look at some Classmates name tags and say “I remember YOU”! We would love to have this event well attended so please try to notify ALL classmates and let them know about our 30th year Reunion.
